Privacy Policy

itechlance.com will never sell, rent or trade your personal information with any third parties. itechlance.com only collects e-mail addresses and project service details from site users. All itechlance.com users agree that any such information submitted via itechlance.com may be used by itechlance.com to communicate with potential customers and that any such communication may include promotional material. itechlance.com agrees that users of itechlance.com may rightfully opt-out of any such communication at any time.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold itechlance.com and its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages and attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from (i) the participation of the customer in the itechlance.com hosting network, (ii) operation of the customer's web site or any URL submitted to itechlance.com for hosting services or (iii) otherwise arising from customer's relationship with itechlance.com. The customer also agrees to indemnify itechlance.com for any legal fees incurred by itechlance.com, acting reasonably, in investigating or enforcing its rights under this agreement.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. itechlance.com, content and services are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. itechlance.com disclaims any implied warranties. itechlance.com, any of its employees, management or affiliates may not be held responsible or thus liable for any possible damages resulting in use or misuse of any information, content or services provided by itechlance.com, including direct or indirect, punitive, and incidental resulting from any failure to provide services, suspension of services, or termination of services.

Non-Exclusivity. itechlance.com customers acknowledge and agree that itechlance.com is providing access to and use of the itechlance.com Services to multiple customers and those services are non-exclusive.

Disclaimer: except as otherwise set forth herein, itechlance.com makes no representations or warranties, whether express, implied or statutory regarding or relating to any of the services and/or access to or use of the itechlance.com services provided to customer under this agreement. itechlance.com specifi­cally disclaims any and all implied warranties of mer­chantability, fitness for a particular purpose and no infringement.
