iTechlance specializes in Orthophoto Digitization or Photogrammetry processes. Using these techniques we can measure 2D & 3D objects from photographs.
Orthophoto Digitization is the byproduct of Orthorectification process. The Orthorectification process provides you a "birds-eye view" visual effect and a basis for gathering geospatial information. We can then make direct and accurate measurements of distances, angles, positions, and areas of temporal objects - without even touching them.
Orthorectified photos are commonly used in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing services.
During Orthophoto generation, the "breaklines", GCPs and feature layers are included to ensure the positional accuracy and tonal quality of the Ortho photo. Our engineers apply quality checks on the digital Orthophotos for any distortion, and positional accuracy, using the provided Orthophoto maps and surveyed ground control points. Ground control points and camera calibration report are necessary for ensuring accurate, measurable and geo-referenced image. Flight height or AGPS data if provided as input, helps to achieve precision in the process.
iTechlance has been providing a range and variety of Orthophoto Digitization services that include -
- Orthophoto editing
- Digital Ortho production
- Ortho photo rectification and
- Orthophoto mapping
